EarthSong Lodge started as a dream to create a place where guests could escape the crowds and find a quiet refuge in a land rich in beauty and wildlife in the heart of Alaska. Located 16 miles north of Denali National Park and Preserve, EarthSong Lodge is a turn-key operation ready for its next owner(s). Composed of 10± acres, one might get lost in the beauty of the rolling tundra and dramatic backdrop of the Alaskan Range.
EarthSong Lodge offers 14 cabins, a coffeehouse, an employee residence, an office yurt, and more. Recently adding a queen suite and standard cabin, the lodge continues to upgrade. The cabins accommodate 2-4 people, are private and cozy, and include unique touches to make guests feel at home.
The sale includes Denali Dogsled Expeditions, a dog sled guiding business designed to give travelers a uniquely Alaskan experience. Tours offer guests authentic exposure to backcountry wilderness dog sledding in one of the most spectacular places in the world. The winter business operates inside and outside the park and is permitted for operations inside Denali National Park. The lodge sale includes all the equipment from overnight trips to ten days.

Directions to Property
Guest can fly into Fairbanks or Anchorage, rent a car, and drive year-round to the lodge. There is a four mile paved road from Highway 3. Follow Highway 3 to Stampede Road, where you will take a left from Anchorage or a right from Fairbanks. Follow for four miles and arrive at Earthsong Lodge on the right hand side.
